MeltzerSeltzer’s colors are changing. But, at the heart of it all, it’s still just me – Rachel – here to help you start and scale your freelance digital marketing business!
Rachel Meltzer
Happy New Year! And also… happy birthday to me! 🥳
This year kicked off with something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time: a full brand refresh. New look, new photos, same bold, scrappy, slightly chaotic (but charming) vibes. 😜
I’m so excited to share it with you — not because I think branding is everything (spoiler: it’s not), but because this one finally feels like me.
Why I Updated My Brand — And What’s Actually Changed
I’ve been running MeltzerSeltzer for a few years now, and while I’ve always loved the core of my brand — the values, the voice, the people we serve — my visuals weren’t lining up with how I felt.
My old brand colors? So fun and so right when I picked them. Just not on me anymore.
It got to the point where I couldn’t even take new brand photos because nothing I owned matched the palette. And deeper than that? I didn’t feel like myself in those colors. I was still healing from chronic illness. Still figuring out who I was becoming.
So I did what I always encourage you to do — I made a change that fit me.
I got a color analysis.
I culled my wardrobe.
I slowly started swapping in pieces that felt more like myself.
And last week, on my birthday, my sister and I rented a content studio and took new photos — 900 of them! — with nothing but an iPhone and a Pinterest board of poses. No professional photographer. Just fun, laughter, and a whole lot of photos that finally look like me.

What’s Staying the Same
Even though the visuals are getting a glow-up, the core of MeltzerSeltzer isn’t changing:
- We’re still about bold, values-driven freelancing.
- We still help ADHDers, spoonies, and burnt-out creatives build a sustainable business.
- We’re still about making this whole self-employment thing actually work for real people with real lives.
So if you’re noticing some old graphics floating around while I update things — that’s why. It’s all still me. Just with a better outfit.
What’s Coming in 2026: Get Clients Without the Content Hamster Wheel
Over the next few months, I’m focusing on one big thing: helping you use LinkedIn to get freelance work without posting every day or burning out on the algorithm.
Here’s what’s coming up:
- 🔍 The LinkedIn Profile Critique Webinar (yep, I’ll be roasting real profiles 👀)
- ✌️ Get Clients on LinkedIn Webinar — coming soon
- 💌 Weekly newsletters + daily(ish) LinkedIn posts to help you talk about your work, connect with ideal clients, and get out of your own way
And yes — The LinkedIn Challenge is coming back in February!
It’s my signature 8-week program that helps you:
- Optimize your LinkedIn profile
- Use my Getting Clients Routine (so you’re not just hoping someone reaches out)
- Build a repeatable system for landing clients without needing to post all the time
Plus, I’ve got a few 1:1 coaching spots opening for the first time in a while — so if you want my eyes on your strategy and support to get unstuck fast, now’s a great time to reach out.
And of course, Pop Club is always open — our cozy, supportive micro-community where $33/month gets you access to all my resources, a mini 1:1 session, and a space where you don’t have to do this whole business thing alone.
(We’re doing a Mock Sales Call Workshop this month too — role playing, checklists, and practicing how to seal the deal in discovery calls.)
Here’s what’s coming up in Pop Club:
TL;DR — New Look, Same Mission
I changed my colors, but I’m still here to help you build a business that fits you.🫶
I’m so excited to dive into the new year with all of you!
Want a Gentle New Year Reset?
You don’t need a whole new business for the new year.
But you do deserve a business that fits.
If you’ve already got clients and want to start 2026 with clarity around what’s working (and what’s draining you), I made you a free resource:
It’ll walk you through a step-by-step check-in — no pressure to change everything, just space to notice what needs adjusting. Think: pricing, clients, capacity, and the decisions ahead.
Perfect for mid-stage freelancers who want to get intentional before they say yes to more.
