Cancellation Policies

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policies:

1:1 Coaching:

By signing up for 1:1 coaching sessions including Pop Club Strategy Sessions; 1:1 Express, Accelerator, and Intensive coaching sessions; and Jump in January bonus sessions, you agree to this cancellation policy:

I, the coaching client, will provide at least 24 hours' notice if I need to reschedule or cancel my session. I understand the Fees, Refunds, and Rescheduling policies listed below.

Fees and Refunds

  • Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): You will forfeit the session time and a refund will not be provided.
    • Pop Club Strategy Sessions and Jump in January bonus sessions will forfeit their session and will not have the opportunity to reschedule.
    • For 1:1 Express, Accelerator, and Intensive coaching sessions, the session will be removed from your allotted calls and a refund will not be provided.
  • No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the session and a refund will not be provided. Any recurring sessions scheduled for the future will be removed from the calendar and the client will need to reschedule using the link provided in their Notion Dashboard or their Pop Club DMs in circle. To get back on a recurring schedule, DM Rachel and she’ll get you set back up.
  • Refunds: I do not offer refunds for any of my 1:1 coaching programs or services – please see the sales page for your program for more info.

Group Coaching:

By signing up for workshops, office hours, or co-working inside our Pop Club circle community (not free community events), you agree to this cancellation policy:

I, the coaching client, agree to give the courtesy of 24+ hours notice if I choose not to come to an event.

There’s no fee or penalty for skipping a group coaching offer but it helps us plan and prepare for our sessions when we know how many people will be there!

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of an unavoidable situation, please contact:

Or the host of your event if it’s not Rachel via your Pop Club DMs on Circle

As soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without penalty.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • For 1:1 coaching, cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made via your cal.com reservation. You should be able to access it via the confirmation email or the calendar event. Alternatively, you can simply DM Rachel in circle or shoot her an email (rachelhmeltzer (at) gmail.com).
  • For group coaching, you can simply click “going” on the Circle event you no longer wish to attend and it’ll switch you to “not going.”
