Cancellation Policies
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policies:
1:1 Coaching & Consultations:
By signing up for 1:1 coaching sessions including Strategy Sessions; Marketing + Business Consulting Sessions; 1:1 Express, Accelerator, and Intensive coaching sessions; and bonus sessions, you agree to this cancellation policy:
I, the coaching client, will provide at least 24 hours' notice if I need to reschedule or cancel my session. I understand the Fees, Refunds, and Rescheduling policies listed below.
Fees and Refunds
- Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): You will forfeit the session time and a refund will not be provided.
- Strategy Sessions and bonus sessions will forfeit their session and will not have the opportunity to reschedule.
- For 1:1 Express, Accelerator, and Intensive coaching sessions, the session will be removed from your allotted calls and a refund will not be provided.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the session and a refund will not be provided. Any recurring sessions scheduled for the future will be removed from the calendar and the client will need to reschedule using the link provided in their Notion Dashboard or their email. To get back on a recurring schedule, DM Rachel and sheβll get you set back up.
- Refunds: I do not offer refunds for any of my 1:1 coaching programs or services βΒ please see the sales page for your program for more info.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of an unavoidable situation, please contact:

As soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without penalty.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
For 1:1 coaching, cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made via your cal.com reservation. You should be able to access it via the confirmation email or the calendar event. Alternatively, you can simply shoot her an email (rachelhmeltzer (at) gmail.com).
